TECHNICAL MANAGER
We are an organic root crop packer / processor supplying a nationwide customer base with a strong focus on Tesco. We operate from a recently purpose built factory, containing state of the art technology.
We are looking for a self-motivated, organised, enthusiastic experienced Technical Manager responsible for ensuring we meet and exceed relevant customer & legislative requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a food technology or food science degree with experience in a similar position. Experience in organics would be beneficial.
You will need to be a good communicator who can effectively interface with customers, suppliers and production teams. Knowledge of BRC, HACCP and an understanding of current legislation is required.
