That’s because our N.U.T.S is a machine that creatively gets round the problem of fast and consistent hand weeding of organic crops. Also called a Bedweeder or, more worryingly as if it came straight out of The Matrix, a human-hybrid weeding machine, it’s a simple and effective way of keeping our organic crops weed free.
Pulled by a tractor, the machine houses a number of beds which those who are weeding lie on, allowing them to weed more easily and in comfort. And where else could you lie down on the job, surrounded by beautiful scenery? No wonder they’re all smiling!
And so are we, because hand weeding is vital to avoid yield losses in our crops.
