Developing On Farm Renewables
Laurencekirk, Thursday 7 October 2010 A session in the morning will look at understanding how renewables work; installing and funding for renewables; what is available; generating returns from renewables. Speakers include Maitland Mackie, Ian Cowe, Forestry Commission, Simon Munro, Logan Project Management David Ross, SAC. The day will also include looking at and discussing Glensaugh’s 50Kw wind turbine and bio mass boiler. The cost is £40.00 plus VAT for primary food producers, £60 plus VAT for other interested parties. Land managers, farmers and agents working in the Cairngorms National Park may be eligible for up to 50% support of the cost of this event from CNPA.
