All the recipes in this section I have cooked myself. I’ve sourced them from magazines, books, friends and family and adapted them on the way to my style of cooking. So feel free to adapt them further and get them just the way you like them too.

You’ll notice I haven’t used fat or calorie content measurements. If, like me, you want to live healthily, then just eat smaller portions and take regular exercise. Naturally, the better the ingredients the better the result and I’d recommend going organic wherever possible.
