TIO supports the Highland Hospice. - April 2011
TIO are helping the Highland Hospice with a unique fundraising and food package. The fundraising campaign will light up the journey for travellers on the A96 who will see iconic sunflowers planted alongside a field on the Inverness to Aberdeen route. Banners and signs will be put up alongside the sunflowers which is the symbol linked to Highland Hospice. The aim of the campaign is to help raise awareness of the work of the Highland Hospice and encourage people to donate.
TIO have also agreed to donate a weekly supply of fresh organic vegetables to use in the kitchen, the vegetables will be delivered free by the Williamson Group. The vegetables including carrots, swede, parsnips and potatoes will help provide a variety of seasonal organic fresh vegetable for patients at the Hospice.
